I have never liked per seat pricing! It's always felt like a way to nickle and dime the customer. That's why Structured Safety's pricing is different.

No per-seat pricing, no surprises - just predictable safety management that saves you time and money.

To add a new document or link, log in using the button in the top right, access your dashboard and then follow the link to your documents. In the top right, there is an add button for new folders, files, or links to external resources.

Create your own forms using our form builder interface - no coding required! Simply log in to your dashboard, navigate to the forms section, and click "Create Form".

Add any fields you need: text boxes, photos, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, task lists, repeatable groups, and more. Configure each field with custom labels, placeholders, and validation rules. When you're ready, publish the form and start collecting submissions immediately.

You can create unlimited forms and edit them anytime. Any changes you make create a new version, ensuring historical submissions remain accurate.

Forms are available in Business and Pro tiers only.

Who can submit forms:

• Business tier: Anyone with access to your QR code can submit forms - no login required, unlimited submissions
• Pro tier: Supports both QR code submissions AND login-required forms. You can lock specific forms so only crew members with login accounts can submit them for accountability

Who can view/edit submissions:

• Business tier: Up to 10 administrators can view and edit all submissions
• Pro tier: Admins can view and edit submissions. For login-required forms, you can track which crew member submitted each form

You can upgrade anytime through your billing portal.

Forms are available in Business and Pro tiers. Create unlimited forms with our builder interface - no coding required. Available field types include: text inputs, text areas, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, date pickers, photo uploads with camera support, task lists for job hazard analysis, repeatable groups for multiple entries, headings, paragraphs, and horizontal rules. You get unlimited forms and unlimited submissions forever - no per-form or per-submission fees.

Every subscription includes free physical QR code stickers shipped to you. Workers scan the QR code with their phone camera to instantly access all your safety documents, toolbox talks, and forms - no app or password needed. Need more stickers? Contact us for reorders.

Yes! You can upgrade from Essential → Business → Pro anytime through your billing portal. Pricing is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your billing period. Downgrading is also available, though you'll lose access to higher-tier features (forms, additional administrators, crew logins).

Essential tier (1 admin) works great for small businesses where one person manages safety. Business tier (up to 10 admins) is ideal if you have multiple people who need to upload documents, manage forms, or update safety resources - like safety managers across different job sites or departments. Pro tier (50-500 total users) lets you allocate users as admins or crew based on your needs - perfect for larger organizations needing both team collaboration and crew accountability.

Toolbox talks are provided in both English and Spanish. Forms can be custom-built in any language - just let us know your requirements when requesting a new form.

We don't charge per-seat or per-submission like most competitors. Our competitors charge $15-30 per user per month, which adds up to $3,600-$21,600/year for a team of 10-60 people. We charge a flat rate based on features and team size, not individual users.

Business tier example: 10 administrators + unlimited form submissions = $1,500/year (vs. $3,600-$7,200/year elsewhere). That's 75-80% savings!

Pro tier example: 50 crew logins + unlimited admins = $2,500/year (vs. $17,000-$21,000/year elsewhere). That's 85-88% savings!

We believe safety management should be affordable and predictable, not a line item that grows with your team.

The Pro tier is currently in development and will be available soon. It includes everything in Business tier plus user login accounts for accountability tracking. Pricing starts at $2,500/year for 50 total users and scales to 500 total users.
